TopoCAD provides a CAD (Computer Aided Design and Draughting) system for use by Topographical and Engineering Surveyors, Land Surveyors, Town Planners or any other persons interested in a small scale Land Information System.

TopoCAD accommodates up to 300 User definable Layers per Sheet, to allow for the separation of data into individually addressable plotting files. These layers may be joined in various combinations to provide composite plots.

TopoCAD uses high resolution Colour Graphics to allow for easy visual discrimination between Layers. E.g. Power lines and Telephone Lines are constructed in different colours to avoid confusion.

TopoCAD uses simple one, or two stroke keyboard commands, or an On-Screen Menu to carry out all CAD or GIS activities, eliminating the cost and inconvenience of a separate digitizing tablet.
